Industrial Development Commission The Industrial Development Commission, authorized by the March 2, 1965 Town Meeting, and designed to function under State Law, met Wednesday night, March 31, 1965 at the hearing room in the Municipal Building, in the Town of Webster. The nine members appointed by the Board of Selectmen were present. They were as follows: Herman F. Becker,Chairman, Walter H. Riley, Donald H. Gilbert,Vice Chairman, Wilfred R. Lavallee, Lyndall C.H. Smith, Raymond R. Poblocki, Stanley Lenki, Ernest W. Ducharme, Joseph M. Morse, Clerk.
Sale of Town Industrial Park Land -- 1960-1987 This is a recap of the 122.25 acres transferred by the Town
of Webster from 1960-87. Two parcels were returned to the Town -- Tronics
Realty, six acres, and Webster Shoe, ten acres, and were later resold. 1960 Average cost per acre -- $538.35
